Walden advocates for STATES 2.0 Act in cannabis policy – The Hill

CPEAR Co-Chair Greg Walden, penned an op-ed in The Hill highlighting that rescheduling cannabis is an important first step, but it cannot be the finish line. He calls on Congress to advance the STATES 2.0 Act to give states the certainty and authority they need to move forward with comprehensive cannabis reform. He also signaled that action on States 2.0 Act could be a win for conservatives and the Trump Administration.
