CPEAR Executive Director Joins Fox Business to Discuss New York’s Struggling Cannabis Market
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Andrew Freedman, the Executive Director of the Coalition for Cannabis Policy, Education, and Regulation (CPEAR), recently appeared on Fox Business to shed light on New York State’s struggling cannabis market. With his vast expertise in cannabis policy, Freedman says there needs to be a “big enough regulatory system to be able to capture demand” in the state.
